PRE-SHOW SERVICES

Preperation of FAA/TC initial applications and liasion throughout the event. Production of Air Traffic Control plans and liasion throughout the event. Liasion with airfield and airline management prior to and during the event. Performer administration to include:

FAA/TC documentation submission

Arrival/departure requirement plans

Initial show scheduling

Scheduling and administering media/sponsor rides, hotel, fuel, oil requirements scheduling

Prepare an initial site survey defining the aerobatic performer's box, spectator safety distances, performer's ramp, and static display and spectator fly-in parking areas. This activity will be performed in conjunction with the Airport Manager and Air Traffic Control Facility Director.

Assist the sponsor with the selection and contracting of civilian performers. Request, on behalf of the sponsor, both Canadian and American military flying and static aircraft and support services.

Complete all applicable authorization forms and ensure compliance with all safety regulations including the preparation of the Flying Program and NOTAM.

Ensure all foreign aircraft meet or exceed regulatory and safety standards.

Provide the sponsor with complete details of aircrew administrative requirements such as accommodations, transportation and arrival and departure times.

Liaising directly with the local servicing agent for fuel, oil and operational support services for both performing and static aircraft.

Develop an Air Traffic Control (ATC) Plan for the flying demonstrations in conjunction with local ATC.

Develop an Air Operations Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in conjunction with the existing airport ERP.

Schedule and arrange all media and corporate sponsor familiarization flights as determined by the sponsor and liaise for any required public appearance and promotions involving performers.

Develop and distribute a detailed arrival and parking plan for static display aircraft and flow plan for performing aircraft.

ON-SITE SERVICES

Soliciation and administration of static display resources to include:

Initial requests

Service and support requirements summaries

Arrival/departure plans integrated with show set-up schedules

Liasion with all agencies involved with flight operations. Reception area administration to include performer vehicle allocation, crew shuttle administration and efficient hotel allocations.
Show choreography and schedules.
Efficient and safe departures of static display aircraft.
Possess radios for air to ground communications.

AIR BOSS SERVICES

Preperation and delivery of the airshow briefings and de-briefings. Control within previously prepared plans and prgrams. Executing safe and timely launching of performing aircraft. What is an air boss?

POST-EVENT SERVICES

Follow-up critiques with all concerned agencies including airport management, air traffic, FAA/TC and effected airlines. Accurate accounting of resources extended. Follow-up letter of appreciation on behalf of show sponsor to static aircraft squadrons, supporting units, and performes/sponsors directly related to the air operations mission.

RAMP & HOT PIT SERVICES

Crew for parking and ground servicing of performers. Crew for parking and servicing of static display aircraft and crews.
