As the largest over water show in Canada, Showline is extremely proud to be working alongside this show for 2016 season! Drawing one of the largest crowds in Canada, this show does not disappoint!! While performers will be announced later in the season, this show has some of the coolest jet performances complimented by some of the most elite civilian performances year to year! The show will be taking place September 3rd -5th over the water in Toronto!

Showline is excited to announce our next show, the Chilliwack Airshow – Flight Fest!  As our home show, we are very pleased to be invited back!

This year’s show will take place on August 20th and 21st and is one of the only FREE shows left in Canada. This year will mark the show’s 25th anniversary so you won’t want to miss it! This show also has one of the longest running night shows in BC! The night show will take place on August 20th and you can purchase a hangar/dinner dance ticket for the evening! The regular show takes place on August 21st and is FREE! It makes a great family day opportunity!

After last year’s three shows in three cities in one day, Showline is fully prepared for another double header weekend this season.

While Ray and the crew are at Boundary, Donna will be in Whitecourt for the wonderful Hometown Heroes Airshow this season! The Hometown Heroes Airshow is all about honouring Hometown Heroes & National Heroes, all while inspiring others to stop dreaming, and start flying!

The show will take place on July 23rd and 24th and feature performances from the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, the CF18 Demo team, the Indy Boys Jet Bus, Dan Buchanan, and Precision Exotics! Showline is excited to be back at the Boundary Bay Air Show this year! They are celebrating 75 years of flying history at the 2016 show so this won’t be one that you want to miss out on! The show will take place on Saturday July 23rd 2016, and the gates open 11:00!

As one of the few remaining FREE shows, we are very proud to be asked to help with this show for the community!

Showline is pleased to announce that we will be heading back to the Edmonton Airshow!!

This year, to take the show to new heights, Edmonton Airshow had the CF18 Demo team as well as the F-16 Viper Demo team! Last year, the show only had civilian performers so they are extremely excited to add some jets!

Other performers include Jacquie B, Gary Ward, the P-38, the Corsair, along with returners Brent Handy, Yellow Thunder and Bruce Evans with the T-28. They are still adding performers so we are looking forward to the turn out this year for both performers and the crowd!!

Showline is thrilled to announce that we will be at Wings over Wine Country 2016 in Santa Rosa! We are ecstatic to be going to the Santa Rosa area this year. Wings Over Wine Country will be take place on September 24th and 25th at the Santa Rosa airport. This year the show will feature the F-22 Raptor and our very own CF-18 Demo Team!

For the 2016 season, Showline would really like to focus on letting young people know that they can be who they want to be. Last year we had a number of young fans of the TV series Airshow recognize us at different shows but we had little opportunity to meet and talk with them. Thus, Showline would like to step up, inspire the public, and inspire our youth to join the aviation industry, and here’s how we’re going to do it:

For each of our show sites (variables permitting) we are going to give young individuals an opportunity to come on site and sit down with Donna. We want to give youth the opportunity to ask questions about air bossing, airshows, and the aviation industry as a whole, all while inspiring them to follow their dreams and aspirations no matter what they are.

For each participating site we will announce a time and a place for these individuals to come to the show site and have this sit down with the air boss. From this group we will select up to two people (age 8-18) to come up to show control with Donna and be put on the headset! This individual will get to listen to the behind the scenes of an airshow including the chatter between pilots and the air boss, as well as get a front row seat to what happens around show centre!

Now that we have had time to regroup and get set for the 2016 season, we would like to thank everyone who made 2015 such a successful season. From the TV series, the new show sites, the show sites we visited again, to being named an honorary Snowbird, this season has definitely been incredible. We couldn’t have done it without the many individuals who put so much time and effort into the industry! We want to take this time to thank all of you who we have met and worked with along the way!

We are also excited about some new things coming to Showline in the 2016 season! Along with our wonderful existing shows, we are adding some new ones in new places and also implementing a new program with the public!! Showline milestone!!! Showline Airshows finished their busiest day of the 2015 season last month! On July 25th we did not one, not two, but THREE shows in THREE towns, in ONE day! This included the Lethbridge International Air Show, Boundary Bay Airshow, and the Honda Celebration of Lights in Vancouver. The weather cooperated (for the most part) for all three shows and each site had amazing shows! Looking forward to more!!!
